They run the company from their home in the rural countryside in the heart of Leicestershire, the county what specialises in some of our country’s favourite foods.
Gemma is a qualified chef with many years’ experiences in the military and other establishments. Jay also as many years’ experiences in growing many different varieties of foods.
Combining their skills their company specialises in:
